Blog settings

Manage public posts shown on /blog. Published posts are added to the sitemap; drafts stay admin-only.

Downloadables

Put Windows, Linux, and Docker package files in licence-platform/public/downloads, refresh the list, select each file, then save. The public Download Now page updates immediately.

Primary admins can change live checkout prices. Sale prices show a strikethrough original price and an automatic percent-off badge on the storefront.

Discount codes

Generate checkout codes for percentage discounts, fixed amount discounts, or a free licence. Codes are validated server-side during checkout.

Pay Accounts

Primary admins can update checkout accounts here. Existing private keys are never shown; leave private fields blank to keep the saved value.

Communication

Resend and SMTP passwords are configured from server environment variables only. Primary admins can configure non-secret SMTP fallback fields and edit the HTML templates used by licence delivery, verification, password resets, security notices, and account notices.

Send an announcement to every registered account. Use this for service notices, update announcements, and important account messages.

Registered users

Manage account status, password resets, and admin promotion. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a capital, number, and symbol.

Orders

Export paid sales for reporting, or clear visible sales from this dashboard. Clearing hides sales here but keeps payment and licence records intact for audit, refunds, and support.
